Department of Health job vacancy: P21+ Quantity Surveyor

The Construction Procurement Team, Property Branch are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. The main remit for this role is;

Implementing/managing the ProCure21+ Framework and the associated Construction Supply Chains including the provision of implementation support to P21+ Projects;
Technical advice associated with the procurement process for the new ProCure22 Framework and thereafter implementing/managing it and the associated Supply Chains and the provision of implementation and support to P22 projects; and
Providing Construction Procurement Technical advice to other areas of the Commercial Directorate including reviewing the construction cost aspects of business cases for NHS Capital Investment Projects, cost advice to support construction cost aspects associated with developer proposals associated with surplus land sales etc.
