Kier Health was launched in 2003 to respond to the Department of Health’s ProCure21 Framework to deliver new and upgraded healthcare facilities across the UK followed by the ProCure21+ Framework in 2010
Ten years on, we have secured 132 healthcare projects, generating a combined value of nearly £1bn in partnership with the regional business units across England. Our projects range from mental health, acute, community and primary care across the full spectrum of healthcare services. Notable projects include the £43m redevelopment of North Middlesex University Hospital’s existing estate including a new Women & Children’s Centre, £8.3m Integrated Urgent Care Centre at Burnley General Hospital and a £45m medium secure unit at St Bernard’s Hospital in Ealing.
We have partnered with specialist design consultants, developing long term relationships and strong integrated teams to provide a ‘one stop shop’ service for strategic outline cases, through to outline and full business cases, estate and master planning through to design and construction delivery.
Quality, consistency and value for money are core values that our people take pride in delivering for our clients. We benefit from 30 regional offices employing local staff and supply chains to provide national coverage through local delivery.
Our delivery teams are supported by a dedicated team of regional Health specialist Framework Managers from NHS and construction backgrounds.
